Q: How do I place a custom gift order online?

A: Browse our collection of customizable products including T-shirts, tumblers, ornaments, and more. Use the built-in customization options or fill out the Custom Order Form on our website for special requests.

Q: Can I request a custom design not shown on the site?

A: Yes! Just complete the Custom Order Form and describe your vision. We love bringing one-of-a-kind ideas to life.

Q: Do you offer bulk order discounts for personalized gifts?

A: Absolutely. For large or group orders, contact us directly to discuss volume pricing and customization options.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where does Kustomizables ship to?

A: We currently ship throughout the United States from our workshop in Evansville, Indiana.

Q: What qualifies for free shipping?

A: Almost all of our products have free shipping, except for Door/Welcome signs, Door Mats, Large Wood and Acrylic Signs, or other items that either require extensive care for fragility or heavy weight. Basically - the cost to ship these items is based on size and weight - if I put a flat fee on shipping these items, some customers would overpay shipping and others would underpay.

Q: What is your processing and delivery time?

A: Most personalized orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 Q: Will I get tracking information?

A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

💳 Payments & Returns

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure digital payments available on our website.

Q: Can I return or exchange custom items?

A: Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

Q: Can I cancel or change my custom order?

A: Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
