At Kustomizables, each order is custom-made with care. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing times, delivery expectations, and carrier responsibility.

Processing Time

All items are custom-made or made to order. Processing time begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing times vary by product and season and do not include shipping transit time. Estimated processing times are provided at checkout when available but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using reputable shipping carriers. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is outside of our control. Kustomizables is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

Kustomizables is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage to be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kustomizables is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping service.

We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim in these situations.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
