You are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, spelling, design selections, and order information submitted at checkout are accurate. Kustomizables is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or produced until payment has been successfully received.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this time, orders may be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms of Service.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us promptly so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production time and shipping time are separate and both must be considered when placing an order.

Kustomizables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Kustomizables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
