Return & Refund Policy

At Kustomizables, every item is created specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made and personalized to order, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for all customers.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or made-to-order items. This includes, but is not limited to, items with personalization, custom colors, custom sizing, or designs created specifically at the customer’s request.

Once production has begun, custom items cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen and strive to be accommodating within reasonable limits.

Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour window, orders may already be in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Requests made after 24 hours are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

To request a change or cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. While returns are not accepted, we are committed to making things right if an issue occurs.

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective due to a production error, or incorrect based on the approved order details, please contact us promptly. When reaching out, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or correction at our discretion.

Color, Material & Display Variations

Please note that colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, and device displays. Handmade and custom items may also have slight variations in color, grain, texture, or finish.

These variations are normal and expected and do not qualify as defects or grounds for a return or refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for buyer errors, including incorrect personalization details submitted at checkout; requests made outside the 24-hour change or cancellation window; minor variations inherent to handmade or custom products; or damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
